Part of the Fermentis range of yeast for seasonal and speciality beers, Safbrew T-58 is good for brews that require a lot of flavour.
It contributes an estery flavour with spicy, peppery characteristics.
I've used it with good results in a saison, but the low attenuation means you won't get a very dry beer without a second finishing yeast.
The spicy flavour lends itself well to other Belgian beer styles.
