Windsor Dry

Home Brewing Yeast

A top fermenting ale yeast most often used in English ales, Danstar Windsor yeast can be used on many occasions but it excels in full-bodied beers.

It gives off estery aromas and leaves fruity flavours after fermentation. These characteristics contribute towards tasty and flavoursome beers.

I've had good results with Windsor when brewing porters and stouts.
