Fuggles are an English hop used extensively in British beers. They are generally considered to be a noble hop, although are not as sought after as the more popular East Kent Goldings.
Fuggles have a mild, spicy flavour that's a staple of English bitters. They can be used in most British ales including porters and stouts.
You can add them for aroma and/or bittering, often in conjunction with Kent Goldings. They also make a earthy addition to the aroma if added to the fermenter dry.
